These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ChatGPT Social Publisher (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you connect Meta/Facebook accounts, select Facebook Pages you manage, and publish image posts with captions to those Pages.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have authority to manage any Facebook Page you publish to, and you must comply with Meta’s terms, policies, and platform rules in addition to these Terms.
3. Your content and permissions
- You are solely responsible for images, captions, and other content you submit for publishing.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to publish that content and to use any image URL you provide.
- You authorize the Service to use Meta APIs on your behalf to list Pages and publish content you request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate law, Meta policies, or third-party rights.
- Publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to extract, misuse, or expose access tokens or secrets.
- Interfere with the Service’s security or availability.
5. Meta platform dependency
Publishing features depend on Meta products, permissions, App Review decisions, and API availability. Meta may deny, limit, or revoke permissions. The Service does not control Meta’s review outcomes or API uptime.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from Meta platform actions.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required for security/compliance, or if Meta platform access is revoked. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Meta app access in your Meta settings.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
